At Saladista, we deliver fresh, ready-to-eat salads made daily. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders will be delivered.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to District 1, District 2, District 3, District 4, District 5, District 7, District 8, District 10 in Ho Chi Minh City.
If your location is outside our service area, you may not be able to place an order.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your address.
2. Delivery Hours
Our delivery schedule is:
- Monday – Sunday: 09:00 am to 09:00 pm
- Deliveries outside these hours may not be available unless otherwise notified.
We prepare salads fresh each day, so delivery times depend on production volume and courier availability.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time after placing your order:
- Instant/Express Delivery: 20–90 minutes (depending on your location)
- Scheduled Orders: You may choose a preferred delivery time at checkout
Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Traffic
- Weather conditions
- Courier availability
- High order volume
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on your distance from our kitchen or fulfillment location.
Typical fees include:
- Short distance: [e.g., 20,000đ]
- Medium distance: [e.g., 30,000đ]
- Long distance: [e.g., 40,000đ–50,000đ]
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders placed during business hours are processed immediately.
Orders placed after hours will be processed the next day.
If ingredients run out or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and offer:
- A refund
- A replacement
- Or a rescheduled delivery
6. Receiving Your Delivery
To ensure your salad arrives fresh and safe:
- Please be available to receive your order at the indicated time
- If you are not available, our courier may wait up to 5 minutes
- If the courier cannot reach you, the order may be returned or canceled
We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery is delayed because:
- The address provided is incorrect
- The customer is not reachable
- There is no one to receive the order
7. Food Safety After Delivery
Once your order has been delivered, please:
- Consume immediately, or
- Refrigerate within 6 hours
We cannot offer refunds for products that spoil due to improper handling after delivery.
8. Failed Delivery
A delivery is considered “failed” when:
- The courier cannot contact the customer
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The customer is unavailable to receive the order
In these cases, refunds may not be provided due to the perishable nature of our products.
9. Delivery Notifications
You may receive updates through:
- Shopify order notifications
- 3rd Party Ride-hailing apps: Grab, Be, Ahamove,...
